Our Story
The Drozdowski Group was founded on the belief that financial freedom can change lives—especially for those who dedicate their careers to protecting and serving others. Our journey began with one officer’s realization that while police departments train officers in tactics and law enforcement, they rarely teach financial wellness. As a result, many officers find themselves trapped in a cycle of overtime, financial stress, and burnout.
After nearly two decades in law enforcement, working both in a major city and the suburbs, our founder saw firsthand how financial struggles impacted officers’ physical and mental health. Determined to break this cycle, he began investing his overtime money, learning the principles of wealth building, and securing his financial future. But it wasn’t enough to achieve financial freedom alone—he knew he had to help others do the same.
That’s why The Drozdowski Group was created: to provide officers with the financial education they were never given, helping them build wealth, reduce stress, and regain control of their time. Our mission is clear—to teach officers how to achieve financial independence, improve their well-being, and ultimately elevate the law enforcement profession as a whole.
